What do you expect from operators?
Run the trip you advertised, at the price you agreed, on a boat that is safe and insured, and treat every guest decently. That is nearly all of it.
- Honor confirmed bookings. Weather and breakdowns are understood; a better offer is not.
- Charge what was agreed. No surcharges at the dock for things the listing said were included.
- Keep licenses, permits and insurance current.
- Never exceed your certified capacity.
- Never refuse a guest on the basis of who they are.
- Tell us when something goes wrong, before the guest does.
Operators who take bookings from this site and then push guests to book off it to avoid commission are removed. It is the one thing we have no patience for.
