How do I close my operator account?
Pause your listings first so no new requests arrive, honour anything already confirmed, then contact us to close the account.
Confirmed bookings are agreements with guests who have paid a deposit and made plans. Closing an account does not release you from trips already on the calendar.
If you are leaving because something here is not working for you, say so on the way out. We are a small operation in the same bay and we would rather fix it.
