How do I update my business details?
Change them in your operator workspace. Keep the booking email and phone number current, because that is where requests and guests reach you.
The booking email is the one that matters most. If requests are going to an address nobody reads, the site will look quiet when it is not.
Your operator profile holds your business name, your address, your phone and WhatsApp numbers, the booking email, your paperwork and your reputation claims from other sites. All of it is edited from the Profile tab in your workspace. Changes to contact details apply immediately. Changes to paperwork — a renewed insurance policy, a new permit number — are recorded with the new expiry date, and the expiry reminders reset to it. Changing your business name changes it on every listing at once, so make sure it matches the name on your paperwork.
