Who can leave a review, when, and how we keep them honest.

• Who can leave a review?Only guests who actually took the trip. A review can only be written against a booking that has been marked completed, so nothing on this site comes from someone who never sailed.
• How do I leave a review?Once your trip is marked completed, the option appears on that booking in your account. You can leave one review per booking.
• Can I change or remove a review I left?Contact us with your booking reference and we will amend or take down your own review. Captains cannot remove a review because they dislike it.
• Why are reviews checked before they appear?Every review is read once before publication to catch personal details, abuse and anything that is not about the trip. Negative reviews are published — being critical is not a reason for removal.
