Can I change or remove a review I left?
Contact us with your booking reference and we will amend or take down your own review. Captains cannot remove a review because they dislike it.
Your review is yours. If you wrote it in frustration and want to soften it, or the captain has since put something right, tell us and we will deal with it.
What does not happen is a captain having a fair review removed. A review is only taken down if the guest asks, or if it breaks the rules in the article below.
