What do the booking statuses mean?
A booking is Requested, Confirmed, Declined, Cancelled or Completed. You can see the current status of every trip in your account at any time.
- Requested — the captain has your request and has not answered yet. No money has been taken.
- Confirmed — the captain has accepted. This is the point at which you pay.
- Declined — the captain could not take the trip. Nothing is charged.
- Cancelled — the trip was called off after being confirmed, by you or by the captain.
- Completed — the trip has been run. This is what unlocks your ability to leave a review.
Every booking also has a reference beginning with PV-. Quote it in any message to us or to your captain and it saves a great deal of back and forth.
