How do I cancel my trip?
Cancel from the booking in your account, or contact us with your PV- reference. What you get back depends on the captain's cancellation terms and how close to the departure date you are.
Cancel as early as you can. Every cancellation policy in this market is time-based, so the difference between telling a captain a week out and telling them the night before is usually the difference between a refund and none.
A cancellation is only effective once it is recorded against your booking. Mentioning it in passing to a captain is not enough.
