When will I receive my refund?
Deposit refunds are issued to the card you paid with. The money typically reaches your statement within five to ten business days, depending on your bank rather than on us.
Once a refund is issued it leaves our side immediately and the remaining wait is your card issuer's processing time. International cards are often at the slower end of that range.
A refund returns to the original card. If that card has since been cancelled or replaced, tell us — the bank will usually still route it to the replacement account, but it is worth knowing about in advance.
