What is the cancellation policy for my trip?
Each captain sets their own terms and they are shown on the trip page and kept with your booking. Read them before you pay, because they vary from boat to boat.
These are independent operators with different cost structures. A long offshore day that burns hundreds of dollars of fuel and turns other work away is not going to carry the same terms as a two-hour inshore trip, and it would be dishonest to pretend otherwise with a single site-wide rule.
What we do insist on is that the terms are stated plainly on the listing before you commit, and that the version shown when you booked is the version that governs your trip afterwards.
