What if the captain does not show up?
Ring the captain, then contact us straight away with your booking reference. If a confirmed trip does not sail, your deposit is refunded in full.
It is rare, but a no-show is treated seriously. Contact us while you are still at the dock if you possibly can, because that is when we can most easily find you another boat or establish what happened.
Operators who fail to show for confirmed bookings do not stay on this site.
