How do I handle the seasons?
Open only the months you run a given trip, and say in the description what is realistic when. The bay fishes very differently across the year and guests appreciate the honesty.
If your long offshore runs are a summer and autumn proposition, do not leave them open in February. Guests who book the wrong trip for the season are the ones most likely to be disappointed on the day, whatever you catch.
Being straight about what runs when earns more repeat business than promising a marlin in January.
