Cancelling on a confirmed guest is the most damaging thing you can do on this site, because it is usually someone who has flown here and built a day around your boat. Sometimes it is unavoidable, and when it is, speed and a direct phone call go a long way.
Repeatedly cancelling confirmed bookings is grounds for removal. Weather and genuine mechanical failure are understood; a better-paying charter is not.
