What should I list as included?
Everything a guest would otherwise have to ask about — fuel, rods, tackle, bait, ice, water, and whether food or fish cleaning is part of the price.
The included list is one of the most-read parts of a listing, because it is how guests compare two boats at similar prices. Being explicit wins bookings from operators who were vague.
Do not list something as included and then charge for it at the dock. That is the single fastest way off this site.
The included list is also what a guest compares against when something is missing at the dock, so be precise: 'bottled water and ice' rather than 'refreshments', 'rods, reels and live bait' rather than 'all gear'. If something is included only in a season, or only on the longer trip, say so on that trip and leave it off the other.
