How do I change my rates?
Edit the trip in your workspace. New prices apply to new bookings only — confirmed trips stay at the price the guest agreed to.
Seasonal changes are normal here and there is no restriction on how often you adjust. Raise them for high season and drop them when the bay goes quiet.
A confirmed booking is a fixed agreement. Its price cannot be changed after the fact, by you or by us.
Because the deposit is a percentage of the price, changing the price also changes what a guest pays online for a new booking — but not your commission rate. If you raise prices for a season, do it before the season's bookings arrive rather than during them. A guest who requested at the old price and was confirmed at the old price is held to the old price by you as much as by us.
