How do I change my commission rate?
Change it in your operator workspace between 10%, 20% and 30%. It takes effect on new bookings and never alters a trip already confirmed.
Raising your rate lifts you in search and raises the deposit a guest pays. Lowering it does the reverse. Both are entirely your decision and you can change your mind as often as you like.
A confirmed booking keeps the rate that applied when it was made. Changing your tier cannot alter what a guest already agreed to pay.
