How does the commission work?
You choose 10%, 20% or 30%. The guest pays that percentage as their deposit when they book, we keep it, and you collect the rest of the trip price directly from them on the day.
This is the part that works differently here, so it is worth reading twice. Your commission rate is also the deposit the guest pays online. If your rate is 20% and the trip is $500, the guest pays us $100 at the time of booking and hands you $400 when the trip goes out.
The practical consequence is that we never hold your money. There is no payout to wait for, no minimum balance, no transfer fee and no week of limbo after the trip. The money you are owed comes to you directly from the guest, on the boat, the way it always has.
You can change your rate whenever you like. A change applies to new bookings only — it never alters a trip that is already confirmed.
