How do I get paid?
The guest pays you directly on the day of the trip. The deposit they paid online is our commission and we keep that; the balance is yours and it comes straight from the guest.
There is no payout, because we never hold your money in the first place. On a $500 trip with a 20% commission, the guest pays us $100 when they book and hands you $400 at the boat. Your $400 never passes through us.
That is deliberate. It is how charters in this bay have always worked, and it means you are not waiting on a transfer from a company in another country to be paid for a day you already worked.
The balance owed is shown on the booking, and the guest sees the same figure in their account. There should be no disagreement at the dock.
