If a booking is refunded, who pays it?
We do. The deposit is the only money that has changed hands before the trip, and refunding it comes out of our commission rather than your pocket.
Because you have not been paid anything at that stage, a cancellation before the trip costs you the day but not money you already had.
If you cancel on a guest, or the weather stops the trip, their deposit is returned in full. That is our cost, not yours.
