Creating an account, passwords, contact details and closing your account.

• How do I create an account?Use the sign-up link in the header, or create one at the point you send your first booking request. It takes an email address and a password.
• How do I reset my password?Use the forgotten-password link on the sign-in page. A reset link is sent to your email address.
• How do I change my email address or phone number?Update them in your account. If you change your email while a trip is confirmed, tell your captain too so they have a working way to reach you.
• How do I change the currency prices are shown in?Use the currency selector in the header to switch between US dollars, Canadian dollars and Mexican pesos. It changes what you see, not what you are charged.
• How do I close my account?Contact us and we will close it. Records connected to completed bookings and payments are kept where we are required to keep them.
