How do I create an account?
Use the sign-up link in the header, or create one at the point you send your first booking request. It takes an email address and a password.
Use an email address you will still be reading while you travel. Booking confirmations, captain replies and payment receipts all go there, and a work address you cannot reach from Mexico causes real problems.
You need a name, an email address and a password of at least ten characters. There is no phone verification and nothing to install. The same account works for booking fishing charters, boat tours and dive trips, and it is the account you would use if you later listed a boat of your own. If the sign-up form rejects your password, it is almost always length — make it longer rather than more complicated.
We do not sell or share your details. The only email you get from us is about your bookings and replies from captains.
