How do I close my account?
Contact us and we will close it. Records connected to completed bookings and payments are kept where we are required to keep them.
Closing an account removes your profile and stops all email from us. Booking and payment records tied to trips that actually happened are retained, because tax and payment rules require it of any business handling money.
