Listing your boat
Applying, what we ask for, review and approval, photos, descriptions and editing your listing.
- How do I list my boat?Work through the operator sign-up: your details, your vessel, your paperwork, then your first trip. It saves as you go, so you can stop and come back.
- What paperwork do you ask for?Your captain's licence, your charter permit, your insurance, their expiry dates, and the safety equipment carried on board. It is about being able to stand behind who is on the site.
- How long does approval take?A complete submission is usually reviewed within a couple of days. Incomplete paperwork or missing photographs are what slow it down.
- What do the listing statuses mean?Draft is yours alone, Pending is with us for review, Active is live and bookable, Paused is hidden by you, and Rejected means it did not meet the standard yet.
- Why was my listing not approved?Almost always missing photographs, missing or expired paperwork, or a description too thin for a guest to make a decision from. We tell you which, and re-submitting is quick.
- How many photos do I need?At least five of the boat, one of which is set as the cover. More is better, and photographs of the actual vessel matter far more than stock imagery.
- Which photos actually get bookings?A clean shot of the whole boat on the water, the deck and seating, real guests with real fish, and the crew. Sun, faces and space sell trips.
- What should I write in my description?Describe the actual day — where you go, what you target, what is on board, and who the trip suits. Specifics convert; adjectives do not.
- Can I list more than one boat?Yes, and there is no extra charge. Each boat gets its own listing so guests can see exactly which vessel they are booking.
- How do I edit my listing?Open it in your operator workspace and change what you need. Prices, descriptions, photos and trip details are yours to update whenever you like.
- How do I pause my listing?Set it to Paused in your workspace. It comes off search immediately, your confirmed bookings stand, and you can bring it back whenever you are ready.
