Why was my listing not approved?
Almost always missing photographs, missing or expired paperwork, or a description too thin for a guest to make a decision from. We tell you which, and re-submitting is quick.
A rejection is not a rejection of you. It means the page as it stands would not convert a guest, or we cannot yet verify something we would be asked to stand behind.
Fix the point raised and submit again. There is no limit on re-submissions and no penalty for having been rejected once.
The usual reasons, in order: the cover photograph does not show the boat clearly; fewer than five photographs; a document number with no expiry date; a description of a few words that names no water and no target species; a price that is obviously a placeholder; and a trip category that does not match the trip. Each is a five-minute fix.
What we never reject on is the age or size of the boat. A well-kept panga with honest photographs is exactly what plenty of guests want.
