How do I list my boat?
Work through the operator sign-up: your details, your vessel, your paperwork, then your first trip. It saves as you go, so you can stop and come back.
- 1Your details — name, business name, address and contact.
- 2Your vessel — the boat, its capacity and its photographs.
- 3Your paperwork — license, permit and insurance details with expiry dates.
- 4Your first trip — name, category, description, duration, group size and price.
- 5Submit for review.
Nothing is published while you are working on it. You can leave halfway through and pick up where you stopped.
Set aside half an hour with your documents to hand — license, permit and insurance numbers with their expiry dates — and five or more good photographs of the boat on your phone. The whole thing can be done on a phone. Dive shops follow a separate sign-up built around the shop, its instructors and its certifying agency rather than a single vessel; the link for that is on the dive operators page.
