How long does approval take?
A complete submission is usually reviewed within a couple of days. Incomplete paperwork or missing photographs are what slow it down.
Every listing is read by a person before it goes live. That is slower than an automatic publish and it is the reason a guest can trust what they are looking at.
The two things that hold submissions up are missing photographs and paperwork without expiry dates. Getting both right first time is the fastest route to being live.
You get an email when the decision is made. If we need something from you first — a clearer cover photograph, an expiry date, a description that says where you actually fish — the listing goes to Needs information rather than Rejected, and the email says exactly what to add. Fix it and resubmit; it is a small edit, not a fresh application.
