Can I refuse to take a guest?

Yes, on safety grounds. Intoxication, refusal to follow instructions and anything that endangers the boat are all valid reasons, and we will back you.

You are the master of the vessel and that decision is yours alone. If someone arrives in no state to be at sea, they do not go, and we will not second-guess you.

What is never acceptable is refusing someone on the basis of who they are — nationality, race, religion, disability, gender or who they are travelling with. That ends an operator's time on this site.

Tell us the same day if you have to turn a guest away. It is far easier to deal with the fallout when we hear it from you first.
