Can the captain pick me up from my hotel?
Some operators offer transfers and some do not. It is not a marketplace-wide service, so check the trip page and ask the captain before you book.
Where transfers are offered they are usually either included for groups above a certain size or available as a paid extra. Given how far apart the departure points in this bay are, a transfer can be genuinely worth paying for if you are staying on the opposite side.
If no transfer is offered, a taxi or Uber to the marina is straightforward. Agree the fare before setting off if you are taking a street taxi.
